What is Rate Watch?

Rate Watch allows you to specify the rate you want. We will scan our rates daily until we find the program, and rate you want. We will notify you by email that your target rate has been reached.

Note: The lender may change the mortgage rates several times in a day. We can not lock the rate until you submit the loan application forms to us.
